SOME GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION
There are many Agencies and individuals around the world that provide a "meet your partner" service, some honest, some only to make money from unsuspecting "clients". Western based Agencies are quite different from those within Russia/Ukraine, and run the business in completely different ways:

Western Agencies often advertise locally in a country for ladies to meet a partner from abroad, the women send their applications to the Agency, are listed, and wait for responses from men who contact an Agency, search through hundreds of pictures, and contact the Agency, who then contact the lady for her response. The cost to contact a lady can vary depending on the Agency, sometimes a "payment per contact" is charged, or a one-time membership payment allowing as many contacts as the client wishes. Ladies listed this way are seldom verified as being genuine, so there can be a risk of "scammers" using Agencies to attract their unsuspecting "victims".

Local Russian/Ukraine based Agencies are often much smaller concerns, and usually know their clients personally. In Russian, there is no such word as "dating" so local Agencies call themselves "marriage" or "introduction" Agencies. Some ladies actively list themselves with several Agencies. Also, local Agencies will sometimes rent the women's data to Western Agencies, or introduce them on their own website. The ladies usually pay a fee to be listed with a local Agency.

In my opinion, two people should communicate without the help of a mediator when it is about such an important subject as relationships. Using an Agency for the initial contact is best, as often the lady can be verified and checked out, but once contact is made, correspondence should be direct. Encourage the lady to use email on her own, and improve her knowledge of English.
Romance...Meeting...Marriage
Although I do not provide tours at this time, I can help to organise a meeting between client and his lady. There are some points to consider in deciding to meet.

Group Tours

At this time, as far as I know, there are no group tours organised from New Zealand, that is not to say that it cannot happen. Usually a group tour is where a few men travel together to a destination, possibly in Russia, and compete for the attentions of "unknown" ladies. There are many operators that can supply your needs.

Individual Travel

If you have already "chosen" your lady, and correspondence has culminated in you both wishing to meet, then my suggestion is not to meet in her own country. Travelling from New Zealand to Russia can be an expensive exercise, also you want to have her full and undivided attention for your "first encounter"..you are not going to a party!..If you are serious in your intentions, you are going to meet your Bride!

Why not Russia etc?

Dont get me wrong, Russia is a wonderful place, but the economic decline there over the past seventy years, even since the new regime began a few years ago, does not make it an easy place for Westerners unfamiliar with the local situation. Hotels are expensive, those worth booking into, and service is usually poor, regardless of what the glossy brochures say. Visiting Russia alone can be both a daunting and dangerous experience..Russia is a great place, and Russians are very friendly people, but unfortunately, some can be extremely unfriendly, especially on hearing a foreign accent. Of course this can happen in any country, but such a large place like Russia can be very unnerving to the uninitiated.

Where to meet?

There is one important reason to choose to meet your lady outside of Russia, and that is to ensure that she is the lady you have been writing to...there are instances of men sending money to a lady, visit her at great expense, only to find she does not exist, or to find she has been replaced by another when you meet. A neutral country will soon reveal any scam or untruth through our request for her documents for visa and tickets.

Thailand?

Your lady no doubt dreams of leaving Russia, even though it is her Homeland and holds a special place in her heart. Every woman dreams of love, romantic evenings, warm oceans, powder sand beaches and far away places. This will help to win her heart, and for you to show her the start of a new life from day one...it will be so different from anything she has experienced, unless she has been a traveller, which is not usual, except within her own country. Thailand has a combination of things that other destinations cannot compete with...beautiful, tropical, warm, exciting, romantic and different from any other place on Earth. Better to propose while walking arm in arm with her on a golden beach, than shivering together somewhere in Russia. The Thai people are amongst the warmest and friendliest in the world. No security or language problems..it is known as the "Land of Smiles" There are minimal visa restrictions and Russians can purchase their visa on arrival. You can marry your lady within 48 hours if you both wish (if all valid documents are arranged beforehand and you both have evidence that you are free to marry)

Decide and Do IT!!

Once you have both decided on your meeting, wherever it may be, make the plans to go ahead and DO IT..Ladies from Russia are often used to things not happening as they wish, and to let a lady from this part of the world down is a BIG MISTAKE..and you will live to regret such an oversight. Decide on the place, the time, where you will be staying and any tours you will wish to go on...you will be expected to honour all that you have "promised" in your correspondence...REMEMBER THIS IF NOTHING ELSE!! I have it on great authority that ladies from this part of the world make wonderful wives, but as in all societies, there are expectations...DECIDE AND DO IT RIGHT...and you will be a HAPPY CHAPPY!
