HOW TO ORDER: Fill in your details on the Order Form. Currently we have a Secure Order Form facility. You will note that each product has a "Blue info/price line" next to it. Click to add to the shopping cart or type this line into the "Item No." on the Order Form for each product you wish to order, then add the total with any freight applicable (NZ). Overseas orders will be notified of this cost prior to authorising. Finally, provide your credit card information. (Secure Order Form) Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand Dollars, and converted at the rate at the time of the transaction into your currency for billing you. The conversion should show on your credit card statement. Unfortunately there are some countries that we cannot accept credit card payment from without extra confirmation of authenticity.

Order Processing and Despatch: Your order will be despatched as soon as possible after payment is made, depending on availability of product at that time. A delay in sending an order is possible if KiwiContactz is waiting for said stock from supplier.

Freight Charges: Any order over $NZ30.00 and sent to an address within New Zealand will be freight free....Orders under $NZ30.00 will incur a freight charge of $NZ4.00. Orders sent to overseas destinations will be charged as per the normal postal delivery rate to that country, subject to the weight of the package. Purchaser will be notified of freight charge prior to despatch.

If ordering from overseas please be sure of your order requirements, as once the order is despatched we have no control of transit conditions or delivery. Also, Please be sure that the product you are ordering is permitted to be imported into your country prior to ordering. KiwiContactz accepts no liability for any package seized in transit, or arrival in any country
