Q-Silica

Internally as a silica supplement, for the maintenance of general well being and maintenance and improvement in the condition of hair, skin and nails. Helps diminish the appearance of wrinkles.
Silica gives strength and support to all connective tissue, tendons and ligaments, skin, hair and nails. Silica supports the absorption of calcium in the human body. Body Essential silicea is a dietary colloidal preparation of natural silica in which microscopic particles of silica are so finely dispersed in water that a gel is formed. This makes Q-Silica uniquely easy to absorb.

What makes Silica Colloidal Gel different?
Other forms of silica are horsetail based in either a capsule or pill form. However, Q-Silica Gel, derived from quartz crystals is a dietary "Colloidal" preparation - a solution of extremely small, non diffusible particles suspended in water. Since the human body is a colloidal system, Silica Colloidal Gel is absorbed faster and more completely when taken orally or applied to the skin surface. Application:
As a silica supplement, we recommend taking 1 tablespoonful (15mL) of Body Essential silicea daily diluted in water or juice about 1 hour before or in between meals.

Silica is necessary for the production of collagen for bones and connective tissue.
Application:
As a silica supplement, we recommend taking 1 tablespoonful (15mL) of Q-Silica daily diluted in water or juice about 1 hour before or in between meals.

To build up teeth and bones
In order to build up teeth and bones and to strengthen connective tissue in children and juveniles, an adequate supply with active silica is important, especially as it is assumed that it assists calcium absorption.
Application:
As a silica supplement, we recommend taking 1 tablespoonful (15mL) of Q-Silica daily diluted in water or juice about 1 hour before or in between meals.

Minor superficial skin conditions
Q-Silica may assist in the relief of minor, superficial wounds such as cuts, scratches and abrasions.
Application:
Apply Q-Silica undiluted. After drying, remove the rest with cooled, boiled water and repeat the application.
Use Q-Silica diluted for compress or bandages – 1 to 4 dessertspoons (15-60 mL) of cooled, boiled water. As soon as the compress or bandage is dry, replace it or moisten it again from the outside. In order to ensure pain-free removal, moisten dry bandages before removal.

Shaving
After shaving, Q-Silica assists in the relief of minor shaving cuts.
Application:
Apply thinly and allow to soak in for some minutes, then wash off.

Mild to moderate acne and psoriasis
Body Essential silicea helps in the symptomatic relief of mild to moderate acne. Dab onto the affected area. For large pored or greasy skin Q-Silica is used also as a mask. Q-Silica may also assist in the relief of the effects of psoriasis on the skin.
Application:Apply Q-Silica and allow to soak in for 5-10 minutes. The tension which occurs is normal and supports the effect. After that, wash off with water.

Sunburn
Q-Silica helps to cool and calm the effects of sunburn.
Application:
For the treatment of minor sunburn only. Initially treat area with cold water. Then apply Q-Silica as a compress diluted 1:4 with water and repeat frequently after drying. Seek medical attention for serious burns. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner!
